- Its redesigned, more rigid machine structure and new temperature compensation technology ensure high speed and accuracy in measurements.
- It uses a digital servo system that processes all position, speed, and power controls as digital signals.
- Each axis of the STRATO Apex machine works with ultra-high-precision crystallized glass scales that have virtually no thermal expansion, combined with a 2/100 μm resolution linear encoder to ensure super-precision measurements.
- It includes an anti-vibration base as a standard accessory. The vibration damping unit not only prevents vibrations from the floor from reaching the main unit, but also has a function that uses a sensor to detect changes in load caused by the movements of individual axes and the placement of a workpiece, and quickly restores the main unit to horizontal orientation.
It enables you to verify the dimensions of your parts at high speed. STRATO Apex is equipped with a new control unit, the UC-400. The UC-400 enables high-speed measurements and movements with impressive precision.
