- Its redesigned machine structure, more rigid and with a new temperature compensation technology guarantees high speed and accuracy in measurements.
- It uses a digital servo system that processes all position, speed and energy controls as digital signals.
- An ultra-high precision crystallized glass scale which has practically no thermal expansion (coefficient of linear expansion 0.01 × 10-6/ °C) is combined with a high-performance reflective linear encoder with resolution of 2/100 μm to create the ultra-high accuracy measurement unit installed on each axis of STRATO Apex.
- Includes an anti-vibration base as standard accessory. The vibration damping unit not only prevents the ground's vibrations from reaching the main unit, but also has a function that uses a sensor to detect changes in the load caused by the movements of the individual axes and the placement of a part, and quickly restores the main unit to horizontal orientation.
It allows you to verify the dimension of your parts at high speed. The CRYSTA-Apex S is equipped with a brand-new controller, the UC-400. The UC-400 allows high speed measurements and movements with impressive accuracies.
It offers you flexibility. It can be equipped with almost any kind of probe, such as:
