Ideal solution for in-process 3D measurement: MACH V
Designed for a productive environment. This is a fully enclosed machine for production environments (5 ~ 35 °C) with a compact structure (1925 x 1280 x 1920 mm) for easy in-line integration. It includes a dustproof industrial cabinet comprising a ventilated control unit, status indicator lights, and a touchscreen.
Automatable. Its design allows for various automated loading modes via conveyor lines , which run through the machine either from front to back or from left to right.
It performs high-speed measurements. Maximum drive speed of 866 mm/s thanks to its barycentric system. It reduces measurement time by 1/3 compared to a conventional machine. Acceleration 0.86G.
Measurement range up to 1,000 mm.
