3D measurement with 5-axis probe
REVO® and PH20 technology add 2 additional axes to the 3 already available on the coordinate measuring machine.
Both utilize synchronized motion and 5-axis measurement technology to minimize the dynamic effects of CMM motion at ultra-high measurement speeds.

REVO® enables point-to-point and continuous measurement and offers great versatility by having a large number of components to handle applications where long styli (up to 500 mm) are required. The use of a flexible tip-sensing probe system further increases system accuracy and flexibility, and its infinite positioning capability ensures optimal access while minimizing stylus changes.
PH20 enables high-speed point-to-point measurement. Mounted on a TP20, it typically produces a throughput increase of up to three times that of conventional systems.

Suitable for applications requiring rapid collection of large amounts of data at high precision. For example, blade measurement, valve guide and seat measurement, etc.
