Desktop Roughness Tester

The Mitutoyo models SJ500, SV2100, SV3200, SV3000CNC, and SV-M3000CNC are advanced desktop roughness testers that allow for skidless measurement of roughness and waviness.

SJ500: A desktop unit that can also be used as a portable device. It offers a 50mm X-axis measurement capacity with all the analysis potential of laboratory equipment.

SV2100: A desktop unit with a manual or motorized column and a 100mm X-axis measurement capacity.

2D/3D Measurement (Topography)

SV3200: A high-precision laboratory unit with measurement and analysis capabilities up to 200mm on the X-axis.

SV3000CNC: A 100% automated and integrable measurement system, part of MITUTOYO's CNC EXTREME series. It offers the possibility of integrating additional measurement and/or automatic positioning axes.

The SJ500, SV2100, SV3200, and SV3000CNC roughness testers comply with the following standards: EN ISO, JIS, VDA, and ANSI.
