QVP is an optical measuring head specifically designed for coordinate measuring machines.

Image processing in conjunction with coordinate measurement technology enables non-contact measurement. The software functions required to identify part profiles (edge detection tools) are provided by the VISION PAK software. . VISION PAK is a fully integrated MCOSMOS program module that makes non-contact measurement points available for geometric evaluation in GEOPAK.
The QVP vision probe is equipped with 2 high-performance white LED light sources as standard, a coaxial light source and a ring light that adjust automatically.
The vision measuring probe can be automatically exchanged, for example, with contact measuring heads, using an automatic measuring head module changer (ACR1/ACR3), thereby converting the coordinate measuring machine into a multi-sensor measuring device.
