Mitutoyo offers a wide range of roughness–profilometer systems. Depending on your application requirements, you can choose between systems with a single sensor or a combined sensor.
Single-sensor systems operate using two separate measurement sequences for each process, whereas combined-sensor systems simultaneously perform surface and profile measurements within a single measurement sequence.
