Portable surface roughness
Mitutoyo’s SJ210 and SJ310 models are portable, intuitive, easy-to-use surface roughness testers that allow you to measure surface roughness, and the SJ410 model can also analyze waviness.
Models with skid
SJ-210: The portable solution for accurate, effective, and hassle-free surface testing in your production environment. With a large, easy-to-read 2.4" (6 cm) color graphic LCD screen for clear viewing of measurement values.
SJ-310: Portable surface testing instrument with touch control panel and integrated printer. For fast portable measurement in the production environment.
Models without/with skid
SJ-410: You can use it in portable or fixed mode. It features automatic radius and tilt compensation. In addition to surface roughness, it analyzes waviness.
Color LCD screen with backlight, for easy viewing of the surface roughness value.
They can be connected to a PC using SJ-Tools software.
Visible front keypad for direct access and an additional keypad under the sliding cover.
High-capacity, fast-charging battery. You can perform approximately 1,000 measurements.
Multiple interconnection options (RS-232-C output, Digimatic output, printer output, and footswitch connector). A USB interface is included as standard.
Password protection to provide access to the different options. It prevents operations from being performed carelessly or without authorization.
Advanced data storage capacity; up to 10 measurement conditions and one roughness profile can be stored in the internal memory. An optional Micro SD memory card can be used as a memory expansion to store a large number of conditions and measured profiles.
The SJ210, SJ310 and SJ410 roughness testers comply with the following standards: JIS, VDA, EN ISO, and ANSI.
