These fixtures are manufactured taking into account the customer’s part dimensional requirements. We offer the option to buy kits from different manufacturers, or we can design and manufacture custom tooling for you.
There are different options for manufacturing the fixturing tool:
Tooling manufactured from a standard modular kit from Komeg or Witte.
The fixture is made up of modular components, which can be reused for future projects.
Fixture manufactured using 3D printing
At Sariki, we have FDM 3D printing machines and in-house staff trained to use them.
Machined fixture
We work with local companies that machine the fixture.
