ViciVision Techno series
High resolution to measure turned parts directly in the shop floor.
From 40 to 180 mm in diameter, and 300 to 1250 mm in length, the modular range of the Techno series can provide you with the most suitable machine for your production.
Designed for the shop floor
- Each part produced by the CNC lathe or by the grinding center can be simply measured by the operators in a few seconds.
- One measuring system for multiple CNC lathes. A single system can operate next to multiple machining centers, involving more than one operator. The machine includes the function of profilometers, optical comparators, calipers and metrology devices.
- The machine improves productivity. Operators are more independent during inspection. The tool offsets can be adjusted before parts become out of tolerance to reduce the amount of rejects produced.
- With the barcode reader, the operator can quickly change from one reference to another without risk of error and at the same time can check different batches.
- Thanks to the wide range, the end user can choose the most suitable measurement field.
- The load capacity of the largest machines has increased up to 60 kg.

Optical measurement + contact probe
The combination of optical and tactile functions makes it a complete control system for turned parts.
The Techno series now includes a 3-axis scanning probe from Renishaw, mounted on the top of the light source. The probe is interchangeable and covers the entire length area.

Cutting-edge software
The brand new MTL 8.10 version is designed to improve the control phase and further extend the number of possible measurements. It includes specific tools for static and dynamic measurements, and dedicated tools for threads nuts, camshafts, turbines, etc.
Advanced software features
New automatic features help the operator to get measurements: self-programming, automatic loading of the part program, step by step assisted programming, DXF comparison
Measurements report
The software allows the operator to print or export complete and custom pdf measurement reports. Results of measurements on histograms for immediate consultation.
