ViciVision Techno series
High resolution for measuring cylindrical parts directly on the shop floor.
From 40 to 180 mm in diameter and 300 to 1250 mm in length, the modular range of the Techno series allows you to choose the most suitable machine model for your production.
Designed for production use
- Each part produced by the CNC lathe or grinding center can be easily measured by the operators in just a few seconds.
- A measuring device serving multiple CNC lathes. The same measuring machine can be used by several operators at once for the inspection of parts from different production machines.
- Machines that improve productivity. Operators are more autonomous during the inspection process. They can adjust the machine offset before values fall out of tolerance, helping to reduce the rejection rate.
- With the barcode reader, the operator can quickly switch from one reference to another without risk of error while checking different batches simultaneously.
- Thanks to the wide range, the end user can choose the most suitable measurement field.
- The load capacity of the largest machines has increased to 60 kg.

The system stores all data for statistical and traceability purposes, generates measurement reports and monitors manufacturing trends, meeting the needs of Industry 4.0.
Optical measurement + contact probe
The combination of optical and tactile functions makes it a complete control system for cylindrical parts.
The Techno series now allows for the inclusion of a Renishaw 3-axis scanning probe, mounted on the upper part of the light source. The probe is interchangeable and covers the entire length area.

Comprehensive software
The new MTL 8.10 version is designed to improve the control phase and further expand the number of possible measurements. It includes specific tools for static and dynamic measurements, as well as dedicated tools for nut threads, camshafts, turbines, etc.
Advanced features
The new automatic functions assist the operator with auto-programming, automatic part program loading, step-by-step assisted programming, and DXF comparison.
Measurement reports
The software allows the user to print or export comprehensive and customized measurement reports in PDF format. Measurement results can be displayed in histograms for immediate consultation.
